'Slapgate' thing of past for Sreesanth, Harbhajan
Harbhajan Singh and Sreesanth together were in a promotional programme for futurebazaar.com website on Monday, 25th Oct. The 'Slapgate' incident two years ago is now a thing of the past. They said they have move on in the careers after that incident. Don't know wheather this is a marketting trick or not.

Devegowda demands dismissal of BJP Govt in Karnataka
Former Prime Minister H.D Devegowda accused B.S Yeddyurappa led BJP Govt in Karnataka of taking the practice of political horse-trading to a new low. HD Devegowda called for the immediate dismissal of the BS Yeddyurappa-led BJP government in Karnataka. The people of Karnataka can expect their darkest Deepawali this year, because of new low of corruption that the state has witnessed in last two years, as said by the 77 year old former Prime Minister.
H. D Devegowda also said during the press conference at the Press Club of India that Karnataka will be another Gujurat if the Center does not step in and dismiss the Yeddyurappa led BJP Government.

India clinched the ODI series as-well
In two decades this will be the first clean sweep of Australia. On-field umpires along with ICC match referee Chris Broad by 1 pm decided the ground condition not fit for the match and called off the 3rd ODI match. India won the ODI series1-0 having 1st the 3rd match being called 0ff due to bad weather conditions. Australia lost test match series 2-0 to India.

Shilpa Shetty distressed by the BCCI's decision
Shilpa Shetty is upset by the BCCI's decision to terminate the franchise and wants "fair and balanced" inquiry into the allegations of ownership changed since 2008. The BCCI had said there were irregularities in the Rajasthan Royals ownership pattern and they have violated the franchise agreement.
Shilpa says the allegation is untrue the only change to ownership was introduction of my husband for which we had full permission and support from BCCI.
The BCCI also terminated the contract of Kings XI Punjab for similar reason and the next could be the new Kochi franchise, which has asked time to sort out the owbership issues.

India beat Australia by 5 wickets : Virat Kohli the star
Virat Kohli scored a magnificent 118 of 121 balls to guide India win 2nd ODI against Australia. India scored 292 for 5 wickets in response to Australia's 289 for 3. Chasing a stiff target 290 to win, India got off to poor start loosing the openers early they were 35/2 it was the partnership between Virat kholi and Yuvraj singh that helped India to recover, In the end it was Suresh Raina's quick 71 in just 47 balls was just too good for India's win.

Sachin hits 49th Test Century
Sachin Tendulkar hits his 49th century in the Test cricket on the third day of the second Test against Australia in Banglaore. Sachin hits six when he was 99 to complete his Test hundred number 49. It is his first century at Bangalore after 12 years. It took 157 balls to score this century with 15x4 and 2x6. Murli Vijai has got his first Test cricket century today with139 in 310 balls. At the end of the 3rd days play Sachin Tendulkar was 191* (319b 20x4 2x6) and India were 435/5

India beat Australia by 1 wicket : Laxman the star
VVS Laxman's unbeaten 73 guided India stunning one wicket win against Australia. Laxman once again showing class batting against Australia shared 9th wicket 81 run partnership with tailender Isanth Sharma to restore India's hopes after the hosts collapsed to 124 for eight chasing 216 to win. Laxman showed great nerve to ensure India win the first test against Australia.
INDIA has won an extraordinarily tense Test match against Australia with one wicket in hand at Mohali.
